1. Applied Diamond (Products) Limited Terms & Conditions apply to all items contained in this website. A full copy is available upon request.
2. Deliveries must be checked upon receipt. Any shortfall or damages must be notified to Applied Diamond (Products) Limited within 48 hours.
3. Items incorrectly ordered may be returned, subject to a 15% handling charge, and provided that they are in a saleable condition.
4. All returns must be agreed in advance with Applied Diamond (Products) Limited.
5. A minimum order charge of £25 plus VAT applies.
6. All items are subject to VAT at the current rate.
7. Proof of delivery can be supplied up to 2 months from date of despatch.
8. All products supplied remain the property of Applied Diamond (Products) Ltd until paid for in full.
